During high-demand periods, sales, or festive seasons, processing times may extend slightly.

Delivery Timelines

We offer pan-India delivery through trusted courier partners.

Standard delivery takes approximately 4–8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your parcel’s journey in real-time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders are accepted with a ₹50 handling fee.

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact number provided are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

Repeated refusals or failed COD deliveries may lead to restriction of future COD orders.

Delays and Responsibility

While we always strive for timely delivery, Kapatculture is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Kindly double-check your delivery details before placing your order.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, partially missing, or appears lost in transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Additional Notes

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Orders once dispatched cannot be canceled or modified.

Please allow extra time for remote or rural area deliveries.
